At Playful Maine Coons, we take great pride in the health, temperament, and quality of our Maine Coon kittens. Our goal is to ensure every new pet owner has a positive and confident adoption experience. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making your reservation or final payment.

All kitten reservations require a non-refundable deposit to hold your chosen kitten. This deposit guarantees that the kitten will not be sold to another buyer and is deducted from the total purchase price.

We do not offer refunds on deposits under any circumstances, including but not limited to a change of mind, timing issues, or unpreparedness to receive the kitten.

The final payment (including any shipping fees) is due before the kitten is shipped or picked up. Once the full payment is made, it becomes non-refundable unless a significant health issue arises that is verified by a licensed veterinarian before transfer.

All of our kittens come with a written health guarantee that covers congenital or genetic health defects. If a certified veterinarian finds a life-threatening genetic condition within the initial health guarantee period, we offer the following options:

• Replacement of the kitten with one of equal value, when available
• Refund only if a replacement is not possible (subject to review)

Veterinary proof and documentation must be provided within the specified health guarantee period to qualify for this policy.

Once a kitten has been picked up or delivered to your care, we do not accept returns. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our animals. Returning a kitten exposes them to different environments and risks we cannot control.

We encourage buyers to be fully committed and prepared before adopting a Maine Coon kitten from us.

In the event you cancel your order after placing a deposit, your deposit will be forfeited. If final payment has been made and you cancel before shipping, we will evaluate refund eligibility at our sole discretion, depending on circumstances and whether a replacement home is immediately found.

While we make every effort to ensure timely and safe delivery, delays may occur due to airline scheduling, weather, or other external factors. These situations do not qualify for a refund. We will work closely with you to reschedule or update arrangements promptly.
